Hi there, Iām Hannah, an integrative mind body therapist.
I am a qualified Nurse, Yoga Therapist and Health Advisor. I have over 20 years experience of supporting people with various physical and mental health issues as well as through other major life transitions. I believe that we all, already have the tools and resources available within us to feel well and whole and I support people on their journeys to rediscover this.
My work focuses on an integrative mind body and biopsychosocial approach, using a combination of both Eastern and Western medicine, modern science, biomedicine, neuroscience, psychology, along with yoga and other somatic based principles and practices.
